**The Company**
Our client is a forward thinking, mid-size accounting firm based in the inner-city who provide business services and taxation advice to wide a variety of clients.
**The Role**
Due to expansion within the business, our client is now seeking an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant who is looking to grow their career.
This role is responsible for providing Personal Assistant support to 1 Director, and assisting the broader management team.
**Your key responsibilities may include**:
- Diary management
- Travel arrangements
- Drafting letters and correspondence
- Liaising with clients on a regular basis
- Liaising with internal stakeholders
- Being involved in organising team events
- Management of the client database
- Preparing documents to be sent out to clients
- Expenses
- Attending meetings and taking minutes
- Providing administration support to the team
**About You**
- Previous experience working in an accounting firm is highly regarded
- Exceptional customer service skills
- A positive and hard working attitude
- Be a people person and love talking to new people
- High attention to details
