**About The Role**

As a Supply Chain Analyst, you'll be at the heart of our supply chain, collaborating closely with Supply Planning, Demand, Distribution Centers, Kit Rooms as well as Sales Field staff. Your mission: to guarantee that the right inventory is available precisely where and when it's needed. You'll be the go-to person for our Sales team, managing consignment and loan inventory, overseeing stock additions and transfers, handling stock discrepancies, and conducting essential optimization tasks and analyses. Additionally, you'll work closely with Marketing teams and Product Lifecycle Managers to navigate product range launches and phase-outs efficiently. If you're a detail-oriented problem solver with a passion for supply chain excellence, we want you on our team

**What you will do**
- Manage consignment stock in AU & NZ by placing orders, minimizing excess inventory, and optimizing stock levels.
- Handle expired items by conducting shelf-level analysis and organizing replacements.
- Investigate consignment queries, track stock movement, and monitor order ETAs.
- Collaborate with Sales staff to support account conversions, troubleshoot issues, and enhance account optimization.
- Streamline processes and tools to improve service levels, reduce response times, and control inventory.
- Maintain strong service levels and promptly respond to Sales inquiries related to optimization, expiry, and consignment.
- Proactively communicate supply issues to various departments, providing estimated arrival dates and explanations.
- Fulfill standard operational responsibilities, including documenting procedures, driving lean initiatives, and complying with company standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects and handle additional tasks as needed.

**About You**
- Bachelor's degree in fields such as Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related disciplines.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Prior hands-on experience with an ERP system and familiarity with Quality Management Systems
- Proven track record in alpha-numeric data processing, accounts reconciliation, record retention, and receipt management.
- Keen attention to detail with a knack for accurately inputting and managing extensive datasets.
