Job Title: Senior Business Analyst (Contract)

Duration: 3 Months – Potential conversion to permanent is desired
Location: Hybrid – Surry Hills

Overview: We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a contract position focused on developing a comprehensive business case for a confidential project due in February. This role will involve collaboration across all areas of the business and is critical to the success of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the writing of the business case, ensuring alignment with project goals and organizational objectives.
  • Engage in the discovery phase to assess project viability and inform decision-making.
  • Analyze business processes and technical integration needs.
  • Evaluate the cost implications of proposed changes and identify the implementation team.
  • Assess sales and distribution channels to ensure alignment with project requirements.
  • Ask probing questions to gather essential information and insights from stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst, particularly in large-scale change initiatives.
  • Strong IT background with integration experience.
  • Essential experience in supply chain management or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
