The Technology Controls Office (TCCO) works with the business, including Crew Leads, Tech Crew Leads, Project and Portfolio Managers, Service Owners, Business Owners, Enterprise Procurement and Partnerships (EPP) and Cyber Security teams to capture and assess technology and operational risks and test mitigating controls identified through major projects and change initiatives across the Group. TCCO is a Line 1 function that provides risk and compliance expertise to technology functions.

This role is within the Technology CCO team that supports Corporate Services and Operations Technology (CS+OT). The CS+OT team deliver technology solutions for the Chief Operations Office (including Regulatory and Compliance Operations), Financial Services (including Treasury), Risk Management, Human Resources and Legal and Governance Services.

**Do work that matters**:
You will play a key role within the team accountable for the strengthening, embedding and ongoing improvement of the technology risk and control environment across the IT services provided by Corporate Services and Operations Technology.

**A key responsibility for this role includes**:

- Adhere to the Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct sets the standards of behaviour, actions and decisions we expect from our people.
- Support the business to design and implement controls to enable better risk and compliance outcomes.
- Identify, lead and manage the continuous improvement of the business control environment by using data to generate insights and reports.
- Manage root cause analysis of issues and incidents, identifying and implementing control improvements.
- Design effective controls for all new and changing processes and operations, and support the business through the implementation.
- Identify, initiate and manage actions to mitigate risks and to strengthen controls, including issues identified through audits and other external processes.
- Support data quality in/maintain various databases (including RiskInSite) and monthly management reporting.
- Contribute to a proactive risk and control culture and collaborate with the business.
- Ensuring risks are profiled and captured in the Risk Profile (RCSA) and updated when risk trigger events occur.
- Ensuring the correct risk and controls overlay the end to end process mapping and documentation management to support the control process.
- Working effectively with Line 2 colleagues to determine optimal course of action to remediate any significant data integrity issues within the BU.

**We're interested in hearing from people who have**:

- Strong cybersecurity, technology risk or operational risk experience.
- Background in technology consulting, audit & assurance, cloud or project management will also be considered.
- Stakeholder management, analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional qualifications such as (CISA, CISM, CRISC, CISSIP, CA or CPA) would be advantageous.
