**Sales Representative**

We are seeking an experienced sales representative who is responsible for the growth of sales to new and existing
customer bases within the VIC region and the development of long-term business relationships.
This is an autonomous role working remotely and is for the right person who is self-motivated and driven to meet
growth sales targets.
This role will require regular local and interstate travel including overnight stays.
Independent, challenging and rewarding position.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary purpose of the role is to effectively manage, promote and sell our range of products
within P&C channel in order to maximize sales volumes and profits. This role requires travel.
Maintain an existing customer base through face-to-face sales activity & proactively pursue new business and sales
opportunities to increase sales
Proactively discuss the Peleguy Distribution range and any new products with your customers to continue to
increase an average order value
Meet and exceed KPI’s and sales targets
Assist in the launching of new products to market

Create and maintain a customer call cycle plan to increase sales and customer growth within your territory with clear
Provide feedback on customers, competitors, opportunities, and resources to the Management on when required
basis.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
2 years face-to-face sales experience
Proven sales experience in managing customer accounts and growing business
Experience in wholesale and distribution industry will be an advantage
Ability to build relationships with customers and team members across the company
Strong customer service focus with the passion to add value to our business
Attention to detail and excellent time management and organizational skills
Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills
Sound computer skills and the ability to quickly learn our in-house sales systems
Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously
Reliable and responsible with a professional and positive approach
Current, valid driver license
