The purpose of the
- **Talent Acquisition Advisor** is to manage the work associated with the attraction and recruitment of personnel in line with our client standards, practices and systems.**Main responsibilities of the role include**:
- Partner with People and Culture to develop and execute workforce plan strategy to support short and long term resourcing requirements.
- Develop talent profiles for roles which are linked to values and performance delivery requirements.
- Develop talent interview guides to measure capability.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Project and Functional leaders to resource requirements as necessary.
- Explore and recommend efficiencies to streamline and enhance talent acquisition practices.
**To be success in this role, you will have**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Human Resources or its equivalent in education and experience.
- Demonstrated experience in an internal recruitment role within the resource industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, excellent negotiation and external/internal stakeholder management skills.**BH ID 231246**
