We have a number of permanent and contract opportunities within our Resourcing team for experienced Resourcing & Talent Acquisition Advisors who are highly skilled at partnering with the business and sourcing talent in line with requirements across a variety of disciplines. You will use every tool at your disposal to uncover hidden gems and deliver real value to the business. There are opportunities within:

- Operations Resourcing
- Energy, Projects & Engineering Resourcing
- Corporate & Shared Services Resourcing
- Talent Acquisition & Sourcing

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engaging with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and to develop solid working relationships
- Developing and implementing creative sourcing strategies to find, attract and secure a wide range of talent to meet business requirements
- Creating and maintaining talent pipelines for volume, business critical and hard to fill roles
- Strong focus on diversity in recruitment
- Managing and championing the internal recruitment systems and processes

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Experience in high-volume recruitment, ideally within the resources or industrial sectors
- An established track record of using unconventional methods to identify, attract and secure talent
- Experience within an internal recruitment team will be highly regarded
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience using Success Factors recruitment platform will be highly regarded
