**Your new role**

As an Advisor, you will be an integral part of our supportive and hardworking Talent Acquisition team. Working as part of a small team offers a dynamic and close-knit environment where every individual’s contribution truly matters. With our weekly team development meetings, and morning teas for any occasion, we work together to continue to grow as recruiters, foster close collaborations on various projects and communicate effectively to create a supportive network within each other.

Here's a glimpse of what you'll be doing:

- **Strategic Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with hiring managers, sharing best practices, and industry insights to guide them through our end-to-end recruitment, selection, and appointment process.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition tools and technology, leveraging them to enhance our recruitment strategies.
- **Strategic Consultation**: Provide expert advice and guidance on recruitment and selection processes, always aiming for excellence and meeting agreed KPIs.
