**What this opportunity involves**:
JLL’s Australia Pursuits team is a high-performance group of business development strategists. We are focused on driving revenue growth, and do this by equipping, enriching and enabling our business teams to grow. Through introducing and leading a strategic and innovative methodology for winning business, we achieve significant results with each team we partner with.

As part of the team, you will enhance the market reputation of JLL by writing winning proposals and developing a content library for the broader business to leverage. This role is critical in helping our business deliver and sell our services more effectively across the country.

Reporting to our Director Pursuits, you’ll write effective, concise and compelling content whilst under pressure and work as part of a team to obtain accurate, high-quality information from stakeholders to produce only the best ‘client-centric’ collateral.

**A snapshot of your responsibilities**:
Writing captivating Tier 1 pitch documents, presentations and supporting materials from inception

Engaging with bid teams to support the development of pitch content and collateral

Overseeing the management of our content library and owning the ongoing collation and delivery of pitch materials including case studies, quotes, organisation charts, imagery, awards, core business statistics etc.

Liaising with the Creative Team and Design Teams to support the development and execution of pitch presentation, design, and branding

Conducting general market research to keep abreast of trends and our competitor’s proposal and BD activity

You will be a great communicator, both in the persuasive way you write, and in your ability to communicate verbally. You can work in a fast-paced environment to meet the needs of our growing business and can diplomatically manage multiple stakeholders whilst ensuring your organisational style enables you to plan and deliver with impact.

We’re looking for someone who is hungry to learn all there is about Real Estate, self-driven with excellent writing skills whereby you are not only good with words, but you can construct sentences and paragraphs that flow beautifully.

You will have a strong sense of ‘team’ and constantly seek to produce high-quality pursuits that maximise our chance of winning and retaining clients.
You’ll also hold a forensic attention to detail with meticulous proof-reading skills and have experience working in a professional services environment.
