**About the Role**:
Our Client is a highly successful local manufacturing business who have been in operation since 1969. With a market share of 80% in South East Qld and beyond, they are continuing to go through a strategic growth phase throughout all States of Australia and into NZ.

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional, pro-active and self-motivated Marketing Executive, who has experience working in a family business environment and/or an SME manufacturing environment. Reporting to the CEO and with one direct report, this role will suit an individual who is experienced in generating and project managing end to end marketing campaigns that appeal to suppliers, distributors and clients in the commercial and residential building sector and promotes their established servicing division. You will be dealing with internal and external stakeholders and have ownership of planning and executing all off and online marketing and communication campaigns throughout Australia & NZ.

This is a pivotal role in the business, which will see you responsible for assisting to develop and build the brand, and other activities, which will directly lead to business growth and have proven results.

**Duties**:

- Collaborate with Management and BDM's on sales campaigns
- Updates to existing websites and ongoing enhancements
- Set up and ongoing management of SEO campaigns
- Creation of thought-provoking content, blogs and articles
- Creation and updates of printed and other promotional materials
- Proposal support for tenders and sales pitches
- EDM campaign development and execution
- Inbound marketing campaign activity
- Events management - trade shows, seminars, and webinars
- Tracking and reporting on marketing campaigns & activities
- Co-ordination of advertising material for industry magazines

**Skills and Experience**:

- Business or Marketing Tertiary Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in a marketing & communications role
- Experience in copywriting, proofing and e-news
- Design skills and experience; Powerpoint, Adobe Illustrator
- A portfolio that includes multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Passion for sales focused marketing
- Familiar with reporting on marketing strategy and campaign outcomes
- Strong written and verbal communications
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proven and demonstrable project planning and delivery skills
- Excellent ability to both scope and brief a project
- Able to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
