**Background and about the organisation**
The Ministry of Health is the ‘system manager’ of the NSW public health system, known collectively as NSW Health. This includes the operation of over 220 public hospitals and providing other community and public health services. The Ministry of Health also guides the system to ensure health priorities are achieved for our community.

People and Culture functions across NSW Health are set to undergo statewide transformations led by the People and Culture for Future Health (PCFH) team. This is where you come in.

**The role you’ll play**
We are seeking 10 PCFH Adoption Leads to support the implementation of PCFH recommendations and Human Capital Management (HCM) cloud uplift and adoption across NSW Health.

The PCFH Adoption Lead is the key liaison between the Principal PCFH Adoption Lead and business change agents in Health Organisations. The PCFH Adoption Leads will work in partnership with eHealth, and HealthShare NSW to deliver key change initiatives and collaborate with Directors of People and Culture and other change agents across multiple health organisations to implement transformative initiatives. They will have skills in stakeholder engagement and change management and demonstrated experience working in health or similar industry.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Work with local Directors of People and Culture and change agents to implement the change management plan, providing best practice change management approaches and end-to-end support.
- Understand stakeholder concerns, expectations, feedback and escalate concerns as required.
- Measure and monitor progress of change initiatives against project timelines and report on key performance indicators.
- Implement feedback mechanisms to track adoption, organizatio and proficiency.
- Use employee feedback to make real-time adjustments, address stakeholder concerns promptly and escalate issues to the Principal PCFH Adoption Lead.
- Work closely with Learning and Development teams to deliver training solutions.
- Demonstrate an understanding of change management and how to influence and implement change, are able to create a project plan with timelines and maintain deadlines throughout the project lifecycle.
- Can problem solve, weighing up the pros and cons to find the best solution.
- Able to lead to achieve outcomes.
- Good interpersonal skills including ability to engage stakeholders.
