**The Position**

As a Human Resources Officer, you will be the first point of contact for the business on all HR enquires and will provide high quality advice and support. You will work alongside the Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Advisor to support them across the full scope of the employee lifecycle.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as key point of contact for HR enquiries and provide quality and sound HR advice;
- Work with a busy HR Team and be able to multitask or shift focus and reprioritise tasks as needed by the team;
- Respond to employee enquiries regarding leave, policies, and procedures in a timely manner;
- Daily maintenance of employee records, including new employees, departures and updating the HRIS and payroll systems;
**Skills and Experience**
- Tertiary qualifications in human resources, management or related business discipline;
- Experience in a HR Administrator or HR Officer role will come highly regarded;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to influence, lead, coach and develop others;
- Ability to multi-task and switch focus to prioritise tasks as required;
- Strong IT skills across Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms.
