What you’ll do:
The position will be in charge of the overall conception, creation, and administration of training initiatives for Mercedes-Benz Financial Services (MBFS). The job will entail developing resources, instruments, and techniques to translate theory into practise and foster efficient learning transfer. You will be in charge of making sure the best practice in creation of our programs and materials are applied. You will also be closely watching training trends to make sure MBFS offers cutting-edge programmes for internal and external stakeholders. You will plan face-to-face events and oversee its network rollout while implementing continuous improvement using feedback. Additionally, the role will work closely with the director of sales to coordinate and supervise daily operations, including planning, diary management, general duties and presentation support, whereby you will work with new or existing presentations to create visually appealing, persuasive, and effective presentations in collaboration with key stakeholders across the business.

**Qualifikationen**:

- What you’ve got:
- Foundational knowledge of the education industry and best practices, including learning systems and design.
- Skills in learning design, learning technology and adapting and adopting best practices including multimedia skills (video production and editing).
- Presentation skills and the ability to take text or ideas and make it memorable.
- Ability to add animations, photographs, charts and graphs, and work with colors, fonts, and sizes with new or existing presentations
- Ability to take initiative and continuously seek improvement
- A natural communicator
- Able to work with limited supervision and recognize when to seek support and assistance
- Experience in an academic environment and knowledge of best practices and trends in education, teaching, learning, and assessment
