**Position Summary**:

- Join our Ladies and Gentlemen and develop Training Program Plans and Budgets, ensuring all training elements are tailored to the property needs
- Monitor enrollments, attendance and record training hours for the hotel
- Administer associate training programs, promoting and informing all required associates
- Ensure associates receive on-going training to enable them continuously learn and grow in their career
- Observe service behaviors of employees and provide feedback to all ladies and gentlemen
- Identify performance gaps and work with managers to develop and implement appropriate training to improve performance
- Drive The Ritz Carlton brand values and philosophy in all training and development activities
- Review guest feedback and other data to identify areas of improvement to maximise training programs effectiveness

- Relevant experience in a similar managerial role
- Strong knowledge in employment law
- Working rights in Australia
