Position Summary:

  • Join our Ladies and Gentlemen and develop Training Program Plans and Budgets, ensuring all training elements are tailored to the property needs
  • Monitor enrollments, attendance and record training hours for the hotel
  • Administer associate training programs, promoting and informing all required associates
  • Ensure associates receive ongoing training to enable them continuously learn and grow in their career
  • Observe service behaviors of employees and provide feedback to all ladies and gentlemen
  • Identify performance gaps and work with managers to develop and implement appropriate training to improve performance
  • Drive The Ritz Carlton brand values and philosophy in all training and development activities
  • Review guest feedback and other data to identify areas of improvement to maximise training programs effectiveness

About You:

  • Relevant experience in a similar managerial role
  • Strong knowledge in employment law
  • Working rights in Australia
  • Enthusiastic to escalate your career
  • Selfmotivated, driven and energized in a fastpaced environment
