**Here’s a snapshot of your day**:
As a Business Unit Sales Coordinator, the role has a huge impact gaining successful outcomes for our Sales and Business Development team as well as the day-to-day administrative functions of the wider Business Unit. A large part of the role will be assisting the Business Development Manager and Bid Manager in the development, writing and production of bespoke and winning tenders. The other element of the role will be providing on-going administrative support to the business unit management and contract support team.

**Key accountabilities include**:

- Responding to pre-qualification questionnaires
- Conducting customer research and creating information packs
- Providing support on tenders from initiation to submission
- Building relationships and networks with subcontractors
- Managing communications between customer and CBRE throughout the bid process
- Maintenance of Business Unit Director diary
- Organising/ co-ordinating team and contract review meetings
- Arranging training courses for business unit support staff and contract managers. Invoicing and other finance related duties as required- Previous experience in a similar role within Bid/Tender Coordination and Admin Support
- Intermediate to advanced level in core Microsoft packages - particularly Word, Excel and Outlook;
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational abilities by effectively handling multiple tasks, meeting deadlines and setting priorities
- Ability to communicate at all levels and build effective and professional relationships with clients and colleagues
- Experience within the Property Industry is a bonus
