Your role is to step in as a ‘Relief Director’ across any our 10 inner west services to cover leave, absences or provide support. The organisation has put a lot of focus on developing a supportive, collaborative team culture, making it easy for people to get along and experience real job satisfaction.

**KEY REQUIREMENTS**
- A qualification in Children’s Services or appropriate equivalent
- Minimum 3 years working in a leadership role within Children’s Services
- A desire to make a difference in children’s lives by providing a quality program that inspires young minds
- Ability to lead and inspire teams
- Great communication skills and a motivated team member
