### Job Description

As a 2IC, you will assist the Director of Service in delivering an exceptional experience for the children in our care.

#### Key Responsibilities

* Assist with the creation and implementation of enriching experiences based on the preferences of the children in your program (programming)
* Support the program compliance, ensuring a high quality service that exceeds industry standards.
* Build strong relationships with the school, including parents & the wider community.
* Play and have FUN with primary school aged children
* Opportunity to develop your Coordinator skills and take ownership during School Holiday periods.

#### Hours of Work

* Monday to Friday - split shift:
* 7:00am - 9:00am
* 3:00pm - 6:00pm
* Total 25 hours per week.
