About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a 2IC (Second-in-Command) in our OSHC (Out of School Hours Care) program. As a 2IC, you will assist the Director of Service in delivering an exceptional experience for the children in our care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the creation and implementation of enriching experiences based on the preferences of the children in your program (programming)
  • Support the program compliance, ensuring a high quality service that exceeds industry standards
  • Build strong relationships with the school, including parents & the wider community
  • Play and have FUN with primary school aged children
  • Opportunity to develop your Coordinator skills and take ownership during School Holiday periods
