Loss Adjuster, Digital
**About the role**
- Perform Digital Adjusting of claims, leveraging digital & field technologies
- Determine extent and cause of loss via the most effective, efficient and client and customer-focused method of investigation and whether the loss falls within the terms and conditions of the insurance policy
- Proactive communication with the client and customer about initial findings and potential solutions.
- Calculate the cost of repair and/or replacement (reserve)
- Review scope of work and schedules of loss to ensure applicability
- Deliver an exceptional claims experience by working collaboratively and constructively with support colleagues
**About you**
- Previous experience in a corporate support role, ideally within insurance
- Passionate about customer service and helping others
- Ability to learn quickly and an appetite to understand how to utilise new technology
- A commitment to complete a professional qualification relevant to the industry and recognised by ANZIIF
