The successful candidate will have experience in home claims insurance, assessing, loss adjusting, or property management, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of employee benefits and opportunities for career advancement.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Assessing property loss or damage and determining policy coverage;
  • Working closely with customers and stakeholders to achieve fair and timely claims resolutions;
  • Proactively communicating clear and accurate advice, solutions, timeframes, and claim progress to stakeholders;
  • Delivering professional and brilliant service when completing on-site, desktop, and virtual assessments;
  • Supporting the Claims Manager to identify customer resolution strategies to minimize customer escalations;
  • Determining an appropriate claim fulfillment method that balances customer needs with business outcomes;
  • Identifying customers experiencing vulnerability and taking appropriate action to ensure the customer is supported;
  • Responding to customer and stakeholder requests within expected or agreed timeframes;
  • Clearly documenting all decisions made and reasons, including ownership details, reserve changes, and acceptance/rejection of claims.
