**About the role**

We are hiring for a Brand Manager, for one of fast-growing segments. If you have expertise in product management, NPD or category review, this role is for you.

The role can be based out of Melbourne, Adelaide, or Sydney, with focus to accelerate execution of innovative and sustainable products.

Dulux Acratex is Australia’s leading supplier of texture and roof coatings. Acratex has participated in the roofing category for a number of years and was one of the first to formulate and manufacture a Cool Roof product in Australia. Acratex is currently the national market leader in a very fragmented and geographically disparate roofing market.

This is an exciting and unique opportunity with a focus on innovation and NPD pipelines. The role will be responsible for leading our customer engagement and loyalty programs.

It is a high impact broad role that deals with multiple stakeholders across the Dulux Acratex business and more broadly across Dulux Trade and other business units within DuluxGroup. The role will manage multiple consecutive complex projects, requiring strategic planning, data analysis, communication, collaboration and influencing across all levels of the business.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and deliver a long-term innovation pipeline.
- Undertake regular category reviews and develop and implement a cohesive, longer-term category and brand strategy
- Lead content development for category communications including digital to build awareness and engagement
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing and Communications Manager for digital roofing activity including multiple websites and roofing lead referral program
- Collaborate with the Roofing Business Manager and roofing team to develop and deliver go-to-market plans and activations

**Skills & Experience**
- Demonstrated experience in product management and New Product Development
- Proven marketing experience within B2B is preferable
- Proven experience in analysing consumer and category insights
- Proven experience in leading strategy and execution for brands
- Strong commercial acumen and financial understanding
- Qualifications in Marketing or related field
