**The Role**:
Our client is a super busy boutique agency offering off the plan, project sales and property management services. Utilising top of the line marketing tools, the leads coming in for properties is always through the roof, and we are looking for a Client Engagement manager to be the one handle enquiries and be the first point of call to convert leads to viewing appointments.

We are looking for someone coming from a sales background, someone with exceptional interpersonal skills who has viewed the stock available and can be all over the questions asked. This person will have a love of sales and be truly invested in helping customers make the right decisions on investment properties.

This role can be part time or full time. Say a parent returning to work wanting school hours? Or someone studying but has excellent sales skills and needs to find the perfect role to fit study timetables.

**Day to day responsibilities include**:

- Being part of a busy sales team, inspecting new listings and learning all about the off the plan options for sale
- Connecting by phone with warm/hot leads, hearing their requirements, and making suggestions on great options matching their buying criteria
- Follow up, follow up, follow up
- Adhoc assistance to the sales team
- Previous sales experience in a similar role would be ideal
- A current Cert 4/ Agents Rep Certificate (or be nearing completion) beneficial
- Have a current Drivers Licence & own your own car
- Extremely well presented/great phone manner with excellent English
- Have great communication skills & strong work ethic
- A great attitude to thinking outside the square and making deals come together

Salary plus great commissions. Salary will be pro-rated if part time.
