**THE ROLE**:
Our Pre-Sale Membership Consultants are the heart of our business providing important services such as reception, merchandising and sales to our members, casual users and potential new members in accordance with our established operational procedures.

During our pre-sale (approximately 8-12 weeks) and then in an ongoing sales role when we open you will play an integral part in creating brand awareness in the community. Showing prospective members through the site plans and helping prospects get started towards their fitness goals on our exciting foundation memberships You will be involved with launch events including casual leasing outreach and forming relationships with local businesses and sporting organisations.

- You’ll understand each prospect’s objectives, buying criteria and decision-making processes to form a genuine and long-term relationship with them.
- You’ll include a mix of lead generation, external activations (Outreach, B2B, Referrals) and follow-up in your sales strategy.
- You’ll provide members with relevant solutions and recommendations to re-engage them and improve the overall volume of sales.
- You’ll be empowered to manage your own time and can be counted on to reach targets, and you’ll get consistent product and selling training to ensure you optimise your sales.
- You'll be able to develop great communication skills to use to progress your career in the Fitness/Sales industry

- You’re comfortable speaking to people from all walks of life, and can engage in a conversation.
- You‘re able to communicate on all levels, think quickly as situations arise and make timely effective decisions.
- You’re a team player. You love voicing ideas with your teammates. People can count on you to offer a helping hand.
- You’re consistent and have a strong attention to detail, following basic standards.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week
