In this role, you’ll have a unique opportunity to implement tailored injury prevention strategies with the assistance of wearable technology and tracking software with the client, based in South-West Sydney.

As the onsite physiotherapist with a strong belief in the health benefits of good work and recovering at work, you will call on your clinical reasoning skills to support people who have sustained a minor physical injury and implement basic return to and recover at work planning.

**Your duties will include**:

- Meeting with and liaising with internal stakeholders within the workplace including:

- Trending patterns of movement with certain tasks
- Implementation of task modifications to reduce the likelihood of injuries
- Monitoring the data and output of the ‘control group’ to assist their personal manual handling techniques
- Implementation of modified duties for assistance with return to work following an acute injury

**What will make you successful**:

- Current unrestricted registration or membership with APHRA
- Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy
- Strong clinical reasoning - experience in Occupational Rehabilitation and clinical is highly desirable.
- Ability to engage across teams within the workplace to support the achievement of a common goal.
- Passion to prevent workplace injuries and help people recover
