The Opportunity

The Online SCM and Fulfilment will be responsible for accurate online channel forecasting and managing overall Inventory level to support E-Store/EPP and Pure Players. This role will involve owning the end to end demand planning and forecast management including but not limited to aged inventory management, out of stock management, delivery fulfilment in E-Store & Pure Players to maximise sales revenue, optimise stock level and enhance customer experience.

**Role and Responsibilities**

This role will also interface between the online team, its customers and internal stakeholders to drive and own new logistics innovations and the overall last mile experience for the Samsung Online Store. Further responsibilities include (but not limited to):

- **SCM & Demand Planning**:Demand management and input of sell-out / sell-in forecast, as well as capitalising sales opportunities based on forecast, and host regular SCM meetings to align sales teams.
- **Sales Order and Delivery Order Management**:Monitor sales orders in SAP GERP system and manage supply chain & stock-related KPIs.
- **Inventory Management**:Monitor daily inventory holding levels and manage safety stock levels.
- **Distribution Planning**:Coordinate with internal process with order desk to be passed to 3PL WMS system at right time.
- **ADHOC**:Innovation projects.

**Skills and Qualifications**

To be eligible for the role, you must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident. To be successful, you should be a proactive team-player with the drive to work in a fast-paced environment. Relevant experience also includes:

- Ideally 5 years of demand forecasting and planning / SCM operation / Customer facing experience / Multi-dimensional analysis experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- SAP ERP and BI experience preferred
- Web based Forecasting/SCM tools
- Strong attention to detail and stakeholder management
