Job Description

At Stryker Group, we are seeking a seasoned Demand Planning Leader to join our team in the Asia Pacific region. As a key member of our global supply chain organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing demand planning strategies that drive business growth while ensuring efficient inventory management.

In this critical role, you will lead a team of franchise-facing demand planners responsible for creating accurate demand plans. You will interact closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to optimize service levels and drive down inventory costs. Additionally, you will collaborate with IBP and demand planning leaders across the globe to drive standardized planning processes and improve forecasting accuracy.

Your expertise in end-to-end supply chain interactions and interdependencies will enable you to manage complex relationships between sales, marketing, finance, manufacturing, and supply chain teams. You will develop and maintain strong technical skills in demand planning, people leadership, strategy, communication, and influence.

We are looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record in managing by influence across multiple teams. Your prior experience in leading new product introductions, process improvements, product/demand planning, and ERP systems is essential. Additionally, your knowledge in demand management/forecasting tools, forecasting processes, and supply chain management will be valuable assets in this role.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead a team responsible for assembling, analyzing, and adjusting data pertinent to creating the demand forecast.
  2. Publish the consolidated franchise demand plan on behalf of the entire APAC region.
  3. Collaborate with demand planning leaders globally to drive standardized planning processes.
  4. Ensure visibility is provided to the supply chain on expected demand or events through the demand signaling process.
  5. Review KPIs to proactively identify misalignment between sales, demand, and supply chain capacity.


Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
  2. MBA or master's in Supply Chain preferred.
  3. APICS accredited or professional supply chain accreditation preferred.
  4. Fluent English (verbal and written).
