Autism Spectrum Australia (Aspect) is Australia’s largest autism-specific service provider, with one of the biggest autism-specific school programs in the world. A not-for-profit organisation, we work in partnership with people of all ages on the autism spectrum, and their families to deliver evidence-informed solutions that are person-centred, family-focused and customer driven.

Aspect's People, Culture and Safety team is part of the Shared Services group that provides corporate support and services across the whole of Aspect.

**What you will do**:

- Support operational aspects of the employment lifecycle; including preemployment checks, onboarding, changes in working arrangements, monitoring and follow-up of work permit renewals, production and checking of routine documentation, and termination and offboarding
- Provide information and procedural guidance to managers and employees escalating queries to colleagues as needed
- Support cyclical people management processes, such as performance planning and review, and remuneration reviews

**What we are looking for**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications or relevant equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience in human resources or other relevant discipline
- Entry level to intermediate working knowledge of recruitment and generalist human resources practices
- Sound organisational and administrative skills, and attention to detail
- Strong customer service orientation
- Desirable: work experience in a human resources or recruitment team, in a professional office setting
- Working with Children Check clearance (NSW) and National Police Clearance
