**The Role**:
We are looking for a dedicated Cleaning Trainer & Team Leader who's focus will be to elevate our service standards and processes across the entire groups specialties of commercial cleaning, pressure cleaning, window cleaning and landscaping, to meet the diverse needs of our growing client base in the Hunter Region. Specific tasks include;
- Training and nurturing staff within the cleaning specialties of the company
- Manage and ensure the completion of cleaning tasks, meeting the companies Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Day and night work cleaning and training
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with team and clients
- Manage and deliver the expectations of clients and contracts
- Visit clients and conduct regular audits and site inspections - to maintain the standard that CCG have set
- Pro-actively participate in the discussions and planned future growth and direction of the business
- Have a desire to learn and grow yourself and share those with our team

**The Person**:
Experience in the cleaning industry is essential

Eager to learn and want to be exposed to professional development

1+ years of experience in multi-site/service management

Can effectively communicate at all levels with clients and team members

Understanding of workplace health and safety and ability to promote a safe

work culture

Ability to prioritise and manage tasks to meet deadlines

Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work from you, and your team

Current National Police Check

Must be able to drive to various sites

**Essentials**:
Hold a current and valid Australian Driver’s License

Minimum experience criteria must be met to be considered

Have your own vehicle

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $113,010.74 per year

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
