About the role:


We're committed to the development of a sustainable and highly skilled rail workforce, and our Trainer Assessors play a key role in ensuring only best practice is taught and followed by those both new to the industry and those already in it.


Our training offering covers the full gamut of rail operations competencies that fall under the Cert IV Training Driving qualification.

About you:

It sounds like a great role doesn't it, so what do we expect of you?

  • Prior experience as a Trainer within rail operations disciplines
  • Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment essential
  • Certificate IV in Train Driving essential
  • Willingness to travel around NSW, and occasionally interstate, essential
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to relate to and connect with people of all backgrounds
