**About the role/s**
Australian Training Plus (ATPlus) is seeking exceptional and passionate accredited Trainer/Assessors to deliver a diverse range of qualifications and short courses throughout NSW.
These include areas such as **Traffic Control, Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC), Community Services, Civil Construction, Hairdressing, Hospitality, Supply Chain Operations**, and various **Short Courses **(e.g., Powerlines, White Card, Forklift License, First Aid, Work Safely at Heights, Confined Spaces, HSR).
Trainers with qualifications beyond the listed ones are encouraged to apply.

As part of Joblink Plus, Australian Training Plus (ATPlus) operates as a not-for-profit organization, providing employment services and vocational training. As a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), we deliver training across NSW in approximately 60 qualifications and short courses.
Our mission is to empower individuals by connecting them to education and meaningful work, fostering dignity and fulfillment.
**About You**
- Able to travel
- Demonstrated excellence in training facilitation and assessment within the vocational area
- Experience in various modes of delivery
- ability to engage with a diverse range of students/trainees and tailor delivery to suit their needs.
- Exceptional organizational skills, coupled with effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Relevant industry licences and accreditation if applicable
- A strong understanding of the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector and compliance with the National Standards for RTOs.

**Essential Criteria**
- TAE40116, TAE40122 Certificate IV Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
- Relevant qualifications and industry experience
- Current industry knowledge and skills
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current Class C Driver’s License
- Previous RTO experience/VET sector knowledge desirable but not essential.
