**About The Role**
We are seeking an Allied Health Receptionist/Administration Assistant who will work in a casual role predominantly in our Sunnybank Hills clinic and on occasion at our Spring Hill clinic (if required).
The position requires availability primarily on Fridays and Saturdays, with an expected workload of between 5 to 15 hours weekly.
This is a diverse role where you will be dealing directly with patients, third-party organisations and expert clinicians on our team. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and a can-do attitude are essential, as is the ability to work well in a team environment.
As an Allied Health Receptionist/Administration Assistant some of your tasks will be:
- Providing excellent customer service and demonstrating confident communication skills over the phone, online and in person;
- Competently assisting in the daily operations of a busy clinic, supporting the clinicians, practice manager and patients;
- Converting phone one online enquiries into bookings and following up opportunities.
**Skills & Experience**:
Previous experience as an receptionist or in a customer service role is highly advantageous, but not essential.
The Brisbane Headache and Migraine Clinic/M Physio is a fast-paced environment and we require someone who is capable of prioritising and multi-tasking.

**Salary**: $27.00 - $41.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
