We are looking for a friendly and organised **administrative assistant**, to join our admin team on a **casual basis**. We are a paediatric speech pathology clinic in **Sunnybank Hills**. The role will suit someone with flexible availability, looking for occasional work. This position is to backfill sick days and annual leave.

**Duties**:

- Answering phones and managing correspondence
- Taking client payments and generating invoices
- Scanning, filing, data entry and other ad-hoc office tasks required by our team (e.g. preparing resources)
- Light cleaning and organisation of our clinic space

**We are looking for someone who is**:

- Experienced with using computers & Microsoft Office suite (in particular, Outlook, Word)
- Familiar with using POS and invoicing procedures
- A friendly people person, who can communicate with families from a wide range of backgrounds
- Mature, organised and able to prioritise their work
- Able to work independently, and in a small team
- Prior administrative experience (particulary in healthcare or education) will be highly regarded
- Has a Working With Children Check / Blue card (or is eligible to obtain)

We are a family run speech pathology clinic, seeing children aged 2-12 and their families. We value our staff member's wellbeing and are a friendly and supportive team to work with.

Our office is stocked with coffee and snacks for staff, and there is the opportunity to connect with the wider team on our quarterly team days.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 14 per week
