**Your New Role**:
**You'll**:
Work closely with senior executives and business stakeholders to build and maintain a technology roadmap that understands their needs and implements better ways to improve business processes, workflows or uses of technology to grow or innovate. You'll actively monitor emerging technologies and identifying innovation opportunities that can help the business;
Uplift service delivery standards through the implementation of service management and ITIL principles and clearer KPI and SLA metrics, monitoring and reporting;
Lead and undertake major IT projects of critical importance, ensuring the effective delivery of IT services to the organisation;
Revamp the business systems environment, including ERP, CRM and reporting;
Work closely with global peers to ensure local solutioning and delivery aligns to global standards and IT strategies; and

Act as a point of escalation for IT issues and drive issues to resolution.

**Your Background and Experience**:
You will have a minimum of five years' experience in a similar IT Manager or Applications Manager role, ideally managing a small team. Experience working in a global business advantageous however not essential;
You'll have strong experience revamping business systems (including BI and reporting). Experience uplifting the use of data highly advantageous;
You will be a hands-on, collaborative, authentic and pragmatic leader who is passionate about helping others grow in their careers;
You will have proven technical expertise across the full spectrum of IT and previous experience reviewing IT environments and building fit for purpose 'roadmaps' that align with business strategy;
You will have strong vendor management and negotiation skills with proven experience managing projects on time and on budget;
You will be a natural influencer and relationship builder at executive level who is action orientated and collaborative with a strong customer service orientation; and

Above all else, you will be passionate about helping others and will have possess a friendly, vibrant and positive attitude with a high level of emotional intelligence and professional maturity.
