As the
**Data & AI Practice Lead** you will deliver your own design, architecture and consulting work in addition to leading and mentoring a team of Data & AI Consultants. You are responsible for leading key and strategic customer engagements, managing teams of consultants, promoting Data & AI engagements, and building and maintaining relationships with clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead strategic engagements and build client relationships to develop an understanding of the right fit of Data & AI offerings to help our clients take their next step.
- Develop proposals, assist with tender responses and provide support to Account Managers and Business Development Managers.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to the Data & AI team
- Develop and provide thought leadership
- Work with Project Managers to define and plan project delivery, schedules and resource requirements
- Plan the design and delivery of solutions that meet business requirements into new and existing data solutions.
- Ensure that projects are delivered as per the implementation methodologies
- Ensure all work performed is of a high technical and quality standard
- Assist team members with building and following a growth and personal development plan
- Develop and maintain Data & AI market offerings, promote our market offerings and generate client discussions and opportunities to achieve defined objectives.

**To achieve success, this role requires the follow Competencies and Experience**:

- Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar role(s) within a Professional Services or Pre Sales, or a client’s environment.
- Results-oriented and driven by achieving growth.
- Ability to develop a practice development plan and own the execution of the initiatives.
- Ability to autonomously manage day-to-day client and technical issues
- End-to-end engagement lifecycle management experience, from pe-sales and account management activities to billing.
- Strong experience in successfully leading Data and AI engagements that have produced positive and tangible business outcomes.
- Ability to develop, lead and facilitate stakeholder workshops.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate and build confidence at every level of an organisation.
- A strong client focus and a strength in taking ownership to proactively monitor customer satisfaction
- Highly developed conceptual and analytic thinking.
- High level of organisation and time management.
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively, while still being a strong team contributor.
