**What this opportunity involves**:
As the Facilities Coordinator, you’ll be part of our on-site facilities team delivering outstanding service delivery to our client - a global tech giant
Undertake duties such as information reporting, inspections and facility set-ups, vendor oversight, procurement, inventory management, occupancy services, helpdesk and visitor management.

**An Overview of the role**:
Key point of contact for Facilities Management within the Canberra office
Manage client expectations in accordance to SLA's between JLL and Oracle
Site administration with regards to management information reporting, room set up and inspection, service validation, inventory management and employee registration
Assist at reception as required for visitor queries and supporting vendors
Operate vendor management system and be accountable for visitor tracking
Book and manage helpdesk tickets through the work management system
Engage with vendors for the supply of various goods and services such as stationary, pantry items, maintenance and deliveries
Monitor health and safety of the workplace on-site

Prior experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or similar
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to manage vendors and visitors
Experience with invoice management and purchase orders
Organisational and time management capability
Accountable and takes ownership of processes and projects
Competent in use of MS Office suite
Client focus
