**Position Overview**
The position sits within the Business support team and provides project, digital, technical and communication platform support/advice to the NNTT.
This position would suit someone who is comfortable working within statutory and procedural frameworks, strong customer/client experience, problem solving skills, with sound project management and organisational skills. The person will have the relevant technical and digital communication competencies and be comfortable working independently and constructively across a variety of work streams, communicating with a diverse range of people.
**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Undertake and manage projects or related activities that contribute to the delivery of the NNTT functions and responsibilities. Including planning, documentation development, information management and governance support.
- Provide regular briefings and/or reports to the Business Support Director and Manager Business Operations identifying issues of concern and proposed solutions.
- Develop and establish collaborative working relationships within the NNTT and wider FCA stakeholders by working collectively and sharing information.
- Act as a point of contact and advice for the NNTT in development, implementation or maintenance of FCA wide business information or digital technology systems.
- Build and sustain strong and effective working relationships with staff and stakeholders and operate as an effective member of the team, working collectively to draw on team strengths and work collaboratively with the FCA’s Information Management and Communications Teams to:

- advise and promote the NNTT digital, communications and information management organisational requirements and priorities.
- co-ordinate updates to the NNTT website with Communications Team
- make contributions to ensure the NNTT business requirements are met, and issues are resolved.
- undertake testing of new systems and assist in remedying problems or issues arising.
- contribute to technological change by assisting in the provision of education and training to the NNTT staff after the implementation of any new digital and system projects.
- support the maintenance and ongoing development and improvement of the NNTT’s various digital, information and communications platforms.

6. Directly support the NNTT communication systems by sourcing and writing content to ensure currency and relevance and design improvements.

**Other Requirements**
Qualifications demonstrating Information technology, project management, administration, research, communication, and critical thinking skills, while not essential, would be an advantage.
