The **Women's & Children's Health Network** provides state of the art health care for women, babies, children and young people across South Australia. We are the state's leading provider of specialist care for children with acute and chronic conditions as well as being SA's largest maternity and obstetric service.

Our community-based services also reach hundreds of thousands of babies, children and young people, their families and communities across South Australia through our various services and programs in areas such as our Mental Health, Child & Family Health services, Youth Health and Aboriginal Health services.

**The Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS)**

is a free community-based tertiary mental health service provided through the WCHN across South Australia, providing care to those with severe and/or complex mental health needs. CAMHS provides services to: infants / children / young people up to 18 (16 in some areas) for community, statewide and hospital-based services / perinatal women.

**The Opportunity**

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service based at Mount Barker and on occasion at the Murray Bridge site as an **Administration Officer** on a **Casual** basis.

As the Administration Officer you will be responsible for the provision of customer focussed reception duties and effective and efficient administrative support for the CAMHS Mt Barker office. This includes efficient and accurate word processing for all members and medical professionals of the team in relation to reports, letters and documents, manage relevant client information databases and client records, providing necessary documentation to therapists and medical professionals as required. You will also:

- Attend meetings, prepare and distribute agendas, take minutes and attend to any matters requiring follow up.
- Organise the booking of venues and associated requirements, intra/interstate travel arrangements and accommodation and prepare itineraries.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of administrative actions such as processing vehicle log sheets, travel, training and study requests and human resource processing.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will use your ability to relate to and assist with a wide range of clients who may be distressed at the time of contact. You will use your skills in communication, both verbally and in writing, to a wide range of people on a range of sensitive issues and your proven ability to produce high quality and accurate documents including accurate proof-reading.
