Montefiore has an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Officer to complement our friendly Payroll team of three staff, on a permanent, full-time basis.

**This opportunity involves (but is not limited to)**:

- Fortnightly payroll processing and out of cycle adjustments if required, tracking leave, salary packaging, reporting and payroll filing
- Liaising with all internal and external parties relating to Payroll as required ensuring compliance and service delivery
- Timely and accurate resolution of payroll related queries

**Your story so far**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar end to end role within payroll
- Working knowledge of Fair Work Act provisions including NES, Award/Enterprise agreement interpretation, Fringe Benefits with not-for-profit salary packaging, PAYG and other payroll rated tax matters including Single Touch Payroll (STP), Superannuation Guarantee and other superannuation contributions requirements and workers compensation related tasks
- Well-developed communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Experience with Chris21 and Kronos is highly desired
