**Role Summary**:
The Employee Relations Specialist role is an opportunity in our People Strategy & Planning Team based at our Perth Forrest Centre site.

Within this role you will be responsible for providing support to the Employee Relations Lead in the design, delivery, and integration of ER activities in accordance with the Industrial Relations strategy.

**Key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Support the development, negotiation and implementation of workplace bargaining strategies.
- Build and manage relationships with business leaders and functional stakeholders at an operational and tactical level.
- Provide effective, timely and consistent case management advice and guidance on complex and sensitive matters.
- Assist in developing and implementing processes, policies, and procedures relevant to employee and industrial relations.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Tertiary qualifications (or working towards such) in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Law, or related area is desirable.
- Thorough understanding of employee and industrial relations concepts.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
