**Your new role**
In your new role you will be responsible for:
- Coordination of the end-to-end recruitment process across the project for both white and blue collar positions
- Proactive implementation of HR policies, procedures, programs and initiatives
- Managing the whole employee life cycle including onboarding, induction, probation and performance management
- Preparation of HR related documents, presentations and reports as required
- Building and encouraging cultural diversity and inclusion
- Ensuring decisions are client and customer focused
- Provide high quality support to hiring managers
**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to succeed you will ideally have:
- 2 years experience in a HR administrator/coordinator role in support of senior managers (construction experience preferable)
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or Psychology
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel), Outlook and HRIS database management
- Effective organisational, communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
- Ability to foster and maintain trusted relationships with colleagues and key stakeholders
- Demonstrated skills in attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and to coordinate the input of others in these circumstances
- Ability to be flexible and manage change in a busy, high volume work environment
- Ability to work effectively individually / autonomously and as part of a team.
