**What you’ll do
As our Pricing Manager, you will lead the strategic framework of Commercial Pricing and its engagement model with key stakeholders. Through a true understanding of the needs of our category and broader commercial teams combined with analytical and strategic rigor this role is responsible in developing and implementing a range of strategic pricing programs.
- Ownership of the pricing teams’ engagement model with category teams and other key business stakeholders
- Provide expert strategic advice and guidance to stakeholders on pricing-related matters as well as leading process improvement projects
- Lead and mentor a team of pricing analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration and above all engagement
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of both internal and external elements to establish a robust and forward-thinking strategic framework for Woolworths' pricing strategy Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including trading/buying, merchandising, marketing, and finance, to ensure pricing decisions are aligned with overall business strategies**What you’ll bring
**You are a highly motivated, analytical individual, who is looking to accelerate your development journey in commercial and gain critical, broader-thinking business experience.

Delivering outstanding experiences for both our internal buying teams and broader stakeholders, you have extensive product ownership & commercial/ strategy experience which will enable you to drive fit for purpose business tools & outcomes.
- 5+ years of experience in strategic pricing, category management or commercial analytics preferably in a retail or consumer goods environment
- Strong business acumen preferable with FMCG or retail experience
- Strong analytical & problem solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex pricing concepts to stakeholders Demonstrated leadership and team management expertise, with a remarkable capacity to influence and inspire others**What you’ll experience
