**What you'll do

Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Pricing Analyst with a strong commercial acumen & business partnering skills - to join our Pricing & Customer Value team, a business partnering function within the Commercial division of Supermarkets.


The purpose of this role is to support the optimisation of pricing opportunities for the Woolworths Supermarkets Division with a strong focus on building continued price trust with our customers and maintaining Woolworths' competitiveness in the market.


  • Framing problems, gathering and analysing complex data, developing insights and recommendations to support the Pricing & Better Buying team's mandate within the business
  • Inject analytical rigour and innovative thinking into the issues the business faces, and proactively finding and landing opportunities to add value
  • Scoping, developing and maintaining various solutions for the business, including models, reports and dashboards Contributing to the knowledge environment within the Pricing & Customer Value team including training team members and business partners in new concepts and solutions
**What You'll Bring

We are looking for an experienced Category, Commercial or Pricing Analyst with additional skills in stakeholder management, problem solving, and influencing outcomes.


  • Build strong relationships and trust with key stakeholders
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a pricing, commercial or strategy role, ideally within an FMCG environment
  • Ability to develop actionable insights and recommendations through complex analyses of large data sets Advanced MS Excel / Google Sheets and MS Powerpoint / Google Slides skills
