- Manage scheduling systems and keep records updated to reflect real-time changes.

Communication:

- Engage confidently and professionally with clients and service providers over the phone.
- Clearly communicate scheduling details, address client inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with team members to relay important information and updates.

Problem Solving:

- Quickly and effectively resolve scheduling conflicts or issues that may arise.
- Proactively identify potential challenges and work collaboratively to find creative solutions.

Documentation:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client schedules, service provider availability, and any relevant information.
- Generate reports as needed to track scheduling metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in scheduling, coordination, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with an attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
- Confident and professional phone etiquette.
- Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making.
- Familiarity with scheduling software and tools is a plus.

**Work Schedule**:Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

**Location**:McLaren Vale, 5171

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $57,500.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday

Licence/Certification:

- Police Check (required)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- Driver Licence (required)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Ability to Commute:
