**About the role**:
You will be apart of the team that keeps our beautiful office humming by managing our physical space and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our space. You will feel comfortable juggling different tasks and responsibilities around the office you're the go to point of contact for our team and visitors.

You will take pride in creating a positive and welcoming environment where people are proud to work and want to be apart of.

**What you'll do**:

- Maintain and manage overall cleanliness of the kitchens inclusive of running and emptying dishwashers, spot cleaning of benches and surfaces.
- Manage & maintain the office as a clean and tidy space including meeting rooms, End of Trip Facilities and common areas.
- Manage daily restocking of snacks and communal supplies in the fridges and 'pantries' and coordinate ordering for supplies for office (snacks, kitchen consumables, stationary, cleaning)
- Coordination of Building service repairs, and management of daily communications with cleaners
- Monthly credit card receipt reconciliation for purchases
- Collection and distribution of mail/ deliveries and orders
- Booking of couriers/ delivery services
- Answering calls to main line/ transfers or messages
