As a key member of our facilities management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our retail destinations. You will work closely with the facilities manager to oversee infrastructure management and maintenance, ensuring life safety, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and innovation.
- Support the delivery of day-to-day best-in-class facilities services in line with the needs of the Centre team to achieve excellence in customer experience.
- Tenancy Co-ordination – working with our contract partners and shop fitters to ensure they are compliant, and works are delivered.
- Leadership - Lead, coach and develop our Facilities Co-ordinators.
- Ensuring all asset maintenance, repair and capital works, is accurate and delivered on time and budget, completed to the best possible standards by effectively managing our contract partners.
