Epay, a subsidiary of Euronet Worldwide, is seeking a Sales Support professional to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes.

**Responsibilities**:
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including handling inquiries, preparing sales materials, and coordinating meetings.
Assist with order processing, including entering orders into the system, tracking shipments, and providing updates to retailers
Collaborate with internal teams such as operations, finance, and customer service to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services
Maintain CRM system by updating customer information and sales activities
Prepare sales reports and presentations as required

**Requirements**:

Previous experience in a sales support role or similar administrative position
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Experience with CRM systems is a plus
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
