**What we offer**:
**The Role**:
Currently we have an opportunity for a motivated and talented **Maintenance Technician with an Electrical background **(day shift) **to join the team.
- **Location: one of our major customer sites in Minchinbury, Sydney that operates 24/7**
- **12 hr Day shift pattern - (6 am
- 6 pm )**
- **4 days on / 4 days off**
- **Including weekdays and weekends + public holidays**
- **Overtime available from time to time**

You will be servicing clients' equipment in accordance with project and service agreements, whilst also identifying opportunities for improvement in the manufacture or performance of systems and products. Adhering to and promoting safety standards and work is also a vital component of the role.

**Tasks and Qualifications**:
**What we are looking for**:

- **Australian Electrical Trade qualification with Certificate III - Electrotechnology Electrician**
- **Must have an Australian Unrestricted Electrical Licence**
- Experience with electrical and pneumatic systems, computerised maintenance systems, and automation (conveyors, vertical cranes & sortation systems) is an advantage
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics
- Understanding of OH&S requirements
- PLC experience/exposure in Siemens S7 and SCADA, WIN CC an advantage, training can be provided
- Experience in computerised maintenance systems (CMMS)
- Excellent verbal, written and inter-personal communication skills
- Ability to develop and maintain effective on-going relationships with customers
- Be customer focused and ensure high quality service is delivered
- Troubleshooting / problem solving equipment faults
