TheDriveGroup are excited to commence the search for one of Australia's leading IT&T solutions provider who are seeking an experienced Level 1/2 Support Engineer to join their growing team.

**What you will be doing**:
- Provide Level 1-2 IT Support
- Daily tasks including Backup, scheduling and management
- Deployment of PCs using SOE technology including desktop refresh & rollouts
- Client visits when required
**What you need to have**:
- MUST have experience working in an MSP
- Ability to resolve and restore broken AD, servers, cloud or network
- End user troubleshooting, Directory Sync/Azure AD, User Account Management
- Active Directory, DNS, Windows Servers, DHCP, Microsoft Exchange & Office365, server monitoring & patching
- Build & support MS Azure cloud infrastructure, MDM & InTune
- Strong knowledge & understanding of IP Troubleshooting, Subnetting, Core understanding of routing, Connectivity issues
