Sydney has a new player in the hospitality and design-led boutique accommodation sector. Our client is set to become a future leader of the industry. With 80 rooms currently online and 150 more in their 12-month growth plan, our client is on the hunt for a Sales Manager to drive awareness and revenue. The Sales Manager will proactively seek new clients as well as manage existing accounts.

**The role**:
- Reporting to the Group General Manager, you will be responsible for the development of new and existing client accounts
- Proactively seek out new business through phone solicitation, site inspections, networking events, e-marketing, and other client engagement methods
- Use your expertise and market intel to add input to the overall sales strategy
- Collaborating with all departments; Property GM’s, F&B etc to maximise upselling and cross selling opportunities across various revenue streams including accommodation + F&B + events
- Maintain weekly and monthly revenue forecasts and sales reports
- Ideally you will possess prior sales experience in a boutique accommodation or venue sales role
- You are quite possibly a current Sales Executive seeking career progression
- Experience working with clients across entertainment, the arts and creative services highly advantageous
- You must be able to display how you would research new client opportunities and take proactive steps to build awareness, initiate relationships and ultimately, win business
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and high standards of personal presentation
- Driven, motivated and outgoing
- Fluent English - verbal and written
